Season 2011/12 until now, Liverpool FC has been awarded 10 penalties in all competition and only converted 4 out of it. Those 6 penalty misses are:

Aug-13 2011 Luis Suarez vs Sunderland (BPL)
Oct-1 2011 Everton vs Dirk Kuyt (BPL)
Nov-29 2011 Chelsea vs Andy Carroll (Carling Cup)
Dec-21 2011 Wigan vs Charlie Adam (BPL)
Feb-19 2012 Luis Suarez vs Brighton (FA Cup)
Mar-3 2012 Dirk Kuyt vs Arsenal (BPL)

Feb-26 2012 Steven Gerrard & Charlie Adam vs Cardiff City (Carling Cup finals penalties)
